Accessibility isn't a feature; it's a baseline. At AudioEye, I worked on a jQuery-based SaaS product that added ARIA tags and other accessibility enhancements to websites, making them usable for people with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
My biggest project was implementing the solution for a major Ohio-based credit union's online banking platform. The work was both technical and human: I needed to understand how screen readers actually parse pages, what a visually impaired user needs to navigate a banking interface, and how to make complex financial tools work for everyone.
